If you have knowledge of irregularities that constitute violations of the law at SKAT Transport P.S.A., under the provisions of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers, you may report these violations as a Whistleblower using the form below or submit a report directly to the email address whistleblower(at)skat.com.pl, indicating at least the information required in the form below. You may also submit a report in writing to the Company's registered office in a sealed envelope marked "Report of Violation – Whistleblower".

Individuals making a report are eligible for protection under the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 928), provided that they had reasonable grounds to believe that the information subject to the report of violations is true. It should be noted that knowingly using false information may lead to legal consequences, in accordance with applicable law.
