Indeed, the concept of “QUALITY” at SKAT Transport has several meanings.

However, the easiest way to check it out are our certificates. In July 2004, we received a certificate confirming the compliance of our Quality Management System with ISO 9001 as regards transportation and forwarding services. It was endorsed by renowned British company, Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance.

The foundation of our system is the Corporate Quality Policy adopted by the Management Board. It refers to our motto, which is "Always on time" and applies to all stages of the service: from the first contact with the customer, through reliable information about the order status, up to the consignment delivery and service billing.

ISO 9001 certificate is a tangible proof of the European standard of our services and a guarantee of their utmost quality. Our customer support is consistently at a high level as evidenced by re-approvals of ISO 9001 certification in 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2018. At the moment, our current certificate is valid until 08.08.2021.

We are open to new ideas and comments from our business partners. We know that in a constantly changing environment, only the companies that are "raising the bar" for themselves are likely to survive in the market. That is why, we continuously strive for our team's excellence through numerous training courses, thus providing our customers with a partner and yet professional service.

In addition to the strict workflows included in the Quality Manual, the company is obliged to use and actually uses the latest IT technologies at every stage of the customer service process, thus implementing a relevant decision of the President of the Board. They primarily support the fleet management, documentation workflow and business processes within the company.
