Who is the administrator of your personal data?

The administrator of personal data are the companies within the SKAT Group in the meaning of Article 4 point 19 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR):

What is the purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data?

Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to conducting the recruitment process for the current recruitment or future recruitment depending on the selected option in the application form and will be processed on the basis of:

  • Consent to the processing of personal data in connection with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation;

  • Necessity for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract in connection with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation;

Providing personal data is voluntary, and failure to provide it will make it impossible to conduct the recruitment process properly.

How long will personal data be processed?

Your personal data will be processed until:

  • withdrawal of consent to the processing of your data, when and to the extent that the basis for processing is consent. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; or

  • the expiration of the retention period of personal data related to a given data processing process or the necessity of data for the purpose of processing by the administrator, and there are no legal grounds to process personal data on another legal basis;

  • in connection with the performance of a legal obligation, until the limitation of claims or the expiration of deadlines related to the obligation of data archiving;

Who may your personal data be transferred to?

In the case of processing personal data by the Temporary Employment Agency as part of job placement, your data will be shared with the client looking for an employee.

Your personal data may be processed by external partners supporting our business processes, that is, so-called data recipients (processors), including among others providers of IT solutions, technical support providers, external entities supporting the data administrator in IT security, marketing or sales processes, as well as within the SKAT Group.

Your personal data will not be shared with other entities who would administer the data as separate data administrators unless required by law or appropriate consent has been provided for sharing certain personal data for a specified purpose.

Personal data may be transferred to third countries only when the data administrator has a proper legal basis, among others, on the basis of a decision establishing an adequate level of protection or subject to appropriate safeguards (e.g. binding corporate rules or standard contractual clauses).

What rights related to the protection of personal data do you have?

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, and also to object to processing and the right to data portability. The administrator of personal data does not intend to apply automated decision-making techniques, including profiling.

What are the consequences of not providing personal data?

Providing personal data is completely voluntary, and if personal data is not provided, the data administrator will not be able to conduct the recruitment process.
