What is the purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data?
Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to conducting the recruitment process for the current recruitment or future recruitment depending on the selected option in the application form and will be processed on the basis of:
Consent to the processing of personal data in connection with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation;
Necessity for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract in connection with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation;
Providing personal data is voluntary, and failure to provide it will make it impossible to conduct the recruitment process properly.
How long will personal data be processed?
Your personal data will be processed until:
withdrawal of consent to the processing of your data, when and to the extent that the basis for processing is consent. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; or
the expiration of the retention period of personal data related to a given data processing process or the necessity of data for the purpose of processing by the administrator, and there are no legal grounds to process personal data on another legal basis;
in connection with the performance of a legal obligation, until the limitation of claims or the expiration of deadlines related to the obligation of data archiving;
