At SKAT, we believe that the strength of an organisation lies in a cohesive vision and collaboration between all departments. That is why we regularly organise strategic meetings, during which individual teams share their achievements, development plans and vision for the future.
Cohesive Vision
Yesterday (24.07.2025), another meeting of the management team took place as part of the departmental strategy presentation cycle. This initiative allows us to better understand the goals of each team and find common points for the entire organisation.
The representatives of six key areas of our company presented their strategies and action plans to the other leaders:
Road Freight Department presented an innovative approach to optimising logistics processes
Carrier Management Team outlined the strategy for managing relationships with carriers
Division in Świecie shared regional development plans
Transport Department discussed the future of our transport solutions
Sales Department presented the market expansion strategy
Marketing Department introduced a modern approach to communication with clients
Collaboration Builds Competitive Advantage
Such meetings are much more than just presentations of plans. They provide an opportunity to exchange experiences, inspire each other, and build synergy between departments. When each team understands the goals and challenges of others, it becomes natural to support one another and create solutions that benefit the entire organisation.
At SKAT, we are convinced that transparency in communicating strategy directly correlates with operational efficiency and the innovativeness of our solutions. Thanks to regular information exchange between departments, we can respond more quickly to market changes and better address the needs of our clients.
High Quality of Service as the Primary Goal
Another meeting in the strategy presentation series will take place in November, during which we will learn about the action plans of the next teams. This is part of our long-term approach to building a strong, integrated organisation that is ready for the challenges of the future.
